Vitaly has spent two decades building, deploying, and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms on the Microsoft stack. From on-prem SharePoint farms to modern SPFx solutions on SharePoint Online, he's delivered intranets, custom web parts, Power Automate workflows, PowerBI dashboards, and process automation for organizations across industries.

His consultancy, Vitendy Inc., has served enterprise clients since 2007 from Carmel, Indiana — building everything from organization-wide intranets to fleet management systems, compliance tracking solutions, and donor management integrations.

VitalBlocs is the product line that packages that experience into deployable, licensable components. Every Bloc started as a real solution to a real client problem. Every one has been in production before it became a product.

From client projects to product platform

Every VitalBloc started as a solution built for a specific client with a specific problem. FaceBloc came from an organization that needed a searchable employee photo wall pulled from Entra ID. The fleet management and compliance tracking Solutions were built for enterprise operations teams who needed process automation without custom development budgets.

After building the same patterns across multiple clients, the decision was clear: package them, license them, and make them available to any organization on the Microsoft 365 stack. That's VitalBlocs — production-tested components, now deployable by anyone.

Vitendy Inc. continues to provide consulting and custom development. VitalBlocs is the product arm — the components that don't need consulting to deploy.
