Text Messaging Program

Effective: October 6, 2026

Vital Blocs LLC ("VitalBlocs") sends text messages only to customers who ask for them. This page describes the program in full: what we send, how you opt in, how you opt out, and what it costs. The program is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What we send

Message typeWhenHow you opt in
Sign-in and verification codesWhen you sign in to the customer portal with text verification turned on, or add or change a phone numberYou request each code yourself
Account and security alertsA sign-in from a new device, a password change, a failed paymentThe switch in account settings, below
Service notices for products you have licensedA license about to expire, a new release of a product you own, scheduled maintenance, a service outageThe same switch

We never send marketing, promotional or sales texts, and we never text anyone who has not opted in.

How you opt in

Text messages are optional. Nothing in the customer portal requires a phone number: you can sign in, verify your account and manage your licenses by email alone. Text messages are set up in your account settings; the form looks like this. The switch is off until you turn it on.

Used only for the text messages you choose below. We confirm the number with a one-time code.

Illustration of the account settings form. Entering a number and requesting a code is your consent to receive that one code. The switch is a separate choice for alerts and service notices; it can be turned on once the number is confirmed.

Sample messages

  • "VitalBlocs: your verification code is 483920. It expires in 5 minutes. If you did not request it, ignore this message. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "VitalBlocs: account alerts and service notices are on. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
  • "VitalBlocs: a new sign-in to your account from a new device. If this was not you, change your password at www.vitalblocs.com. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "VitalBlocs: your FaceBloc license expires on Nov 30. Renew in your account at www.vitalblocs.com. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "VitalBlocs: license validation is experiencing an outage. Deployed web parts keep working from their 72-hour cache. Updates at www.vitalblocs.com/support. Reply STOP to opt out."

Frequency and cost

  • Codes: one message per request.
  • Alerts and service notices: message frequency varies with account activity.
  • VitalBlocs does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How you opt out

  • Reply STOP to any message. You receive one confirmation and nothing further. Text codes are then unavailable for that number; email verification remains available.
  • Or turn the switch off in your account settings.
  • If you replied STOP, reply START to any message from VitalBlocs to start again. If you turned the switch off, turn it on again.

Privacy

We keep your mobile number, the wording you agreed to, when you gave consent, and when and how it ended (STOP, the switch, or a changed or removed number) while your account exists and for 30 days after it is deleted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. Twilio, Inc. delivers our messages as our service provider and processes your number only for that purpose.
